Through the years, I have worked with some of the largest brands as both a consultant and from within the organization. My goal is to be an extension of your team; challenge assumptions through curiosity, help you build a strategy that is right for your business to achieve your goals, and have a little fun along the way.
I prefer taking a beach ball approach to my work; wanting to see each stripe. By looking at the challenge from diverse viewpoints and data, we can mitigate blind spots ensuring we’ve understood everything in order to craft a holistic solution.
I believe relying on too much analysis or intuition can lead to short-term fixes and long-term headaches. My role is to ensure you strike a balance of left and right brain thinking, balancing rigor with creativity for effective problem solving.
To ensure alignment with your overarching objectives, I continuously adjust my focus. Sometimes we will step back to consider the bigger picture. Other times, we will zoom in to consider the finer details. It is about maintaining clarity while crafting the solution.
